Crime thriller, The Holiday, gripped fans when it first aired earlier this year on Channel 5. But now, thanks to the programme landing on Netflix, a brand new audience is tuning in for the first time. And it's clear the four-part drama is proving popular with audiences as it's landed a spot in the top 10 trending shows.

The cast boasts a list of familiar faces, including Jill Halfpenny, who plays policewoman Kate who embarks on a holiday in the Mediterranean which ends in murder. Read on to find out who else is in the cast.

Who is in the cast of The Holiday?

Jill Halfpenny

Former star and 2004 winner Jill Halfpenny will be playing the role of policewoman Kate, who has escaped her day job for a break in the Mediterranean sun with her family and friends.

Owen McDonnell, who viewers may recognise as Eve's husband Niko Polastri in the BBC's , also appears in the drama. He stars alongside Jill as her on-screen husband, Sean.
